All our phones are fully tested by our team of technicians to ensure 100% working functionality. Our quality control process includes product functionality testing, as well as ensuring its battery life meets our high standards.
We mainly deal with 3 grades.
Premium – Devices in Premium condition are like brand new, with little to no visible signs of use. They are 100% original (not refurbished), come with 12 months warranty, and have a battery capacity of 100%.
Excellent – Fully functional devices that may show only minimal signs of usage. They come with 12 months warranty and have a battery capacity of minimum 85%. These devices are usually 100% original and performance is excellent.
Very Good – Devices that may display visible signs of use, such as scratches. They remain in great working order and come with 12 months warranty. They are either 100% original or refurbished with high-quality parts, maintaining reliable functionality and have a battery capacity of above 80%.
Some of these devices (Very good) may have been refurbished using high quality parts, therefore, could show a message to state “battery or display cannot be verified as original”
This will not effect the overall performance of the device.
Warranty and Returns
Premium Pre-Owned Products / Just Like Brand New Products (12 Months Warranty)
We inspect all of our products before sale to ensure that they meet our high standards and grading system. We test all our products and make sure that they are 100% functional. Battery health is rated to be above 80% for our Excellent Grade products and 100% for our Premium Grade products.
We encourage our customers to buy our Grade Premium products, which have virtually no usage whatsoever, come with 100% battery health, and do not show any signs of usage.
We encourage all of our customers to inspect and test their products at the time of purchase.
Please note that we will not cover any Grade Premium or Excellent Grade products under warranty if we find any damage or distress such as scratches, dents, cracks, broken parts, or any other kind of physical damage to the product. Please check the front, back, and sides of your product to make sure there is no physical or liquid damage.
All devices are unlocked to all network carriers and can be used with any network provider worldwide. Devices are unlocked to all Networks.
